            (U.S. Only) Shipping and handling add $9.95 Flat fee per order.


Back Orders:  No Back Orders.  You will be refunded for any items that may be out of stock; however, we can contact you when the item is available.

RETURN POLICY (U.S. ONLY) :  We do not offer shipping insurance; however, we guarantee that your item will arrive safely.  If for some reason the order is damaged we will gladly replace it.  Damaged merchandise  must be returned to us within 14 business days.  If an order is lost (U.S. Only), we will gladly replace it- only after confirmation that the order was never received is made.  This could take as much as 30 business days.

We ask that if you need to return you notify us immediately (within the 14 days)

We will replace the product(s) or issue refunds (shipping amount may not be included) if the product is delivered to you under one of these conditions:  Wrong Product - If you get the wrong item due to our shipping mistake, please notify us immediately.  Upon return, it will be replaced or refunded.  Defective Item - If you received a defective product, please notify us immediately.  Upon return we'll ship out the replacement right away if defective item is confirmed.

All non-defective products must be returned within 14 days of date of invoice, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  (shipping costs are not refundable).
